Job Opportunity at Clayfields House, Nottinghamshire – Intervention Worker Full Time

Due to the promotion of one of our Intervention Workers we need to recruit a new team member. You will deliver high quality, innovative programme and intervention work for children either 1:1 or in groups in order to reduce offending and high-risk behaviours for welfare residents. You will be a graduate in a relevant discipline and already have some relevant and recent training and experience in this field, highly literate and numerate and able to provide leadership and expertise to other colleagues in the centre. You will be a child focused, attachment and trauma aware, a positive and proactive person who is able to build relationships with ease, maintain personal emotional resilience and work effectively with a wide-ranging multi-disciplinary team.
