An exciting opportunity has come up to work within our highly functioning senior leadership team, managing our intervention team which is pivotal in ensuring high quality programme work is delivered to young people to reduce their offending and/or other high-risk behaviours. In addition, you will be strategically responsible for staff development and training, Secure Stairs Programme and our health services including our internal medication oversight. You will take the lead in the development and review of policy documentation within the centre and the management and coordination of tendering exercises with organisations such as NHS England and local healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be an experienced strategic manager able to offer inspirational leadership in the centre and have previous experience of delivering or managing intervention provisions. You will be a graduate with advanced level qualifications in relevant areas.
